Get your running shoes ready and join us for the FIL-Mila in Lørenskog on Sunday, June 16th! The event is perfect for everyone, young and old, who loves running and exercise. Choose between the Filius children's race (approximately 400M), 3 km, and 10 km (with and without timing). The running routes are set in Losby and the entrance to the beautiful Østmarka National Park, and there will be a grill and refreshment station with the opportunity to buy something tasty to eat and drink. We promise a great atmosphere, plenty of running joy, and entertainment for the kids with our fantastic mascot, Filius!
